Denmark, Israel, compensations for damages, Hamas
The minister of development, Ms. Ulla Tørnæs consider to claim compensations from Israel damages in Gaza. The former leader of labour party in Denmark, Mr. Mogens Lykketoft will follow that. The latter is not surprising. Several people in the Danish labour party and almost most of the rest of the leftist are known to be very hateful against Israel.
When has Mr. Mogens Lykketoft ever criticized just 1 out of 3.200 rocket and mortar grenades launched from Gaza targeting civilians in Israel in 2008? As far as I know, never! It looks very bad that our minister of development make herself and the VK government to be a partner to the Israel hateful Mr. Mogens Lykketoft.
In the meantime it has been informed that our prime minister, Mr. Anders Fogh Rasmussen will absolutely not allow any Danish governmental trials against Israel. It makes good sense and is a strong political adjustment in public of our minister of development,
When a nation support and finance projects in areas taken over by international terrorist that we are even fighting on different frontiers - but that is not a part of the matter here and now - you are taking certain risks.
Imagine the situation turned around. Israel is claiming for damages caused by Hamas from Danish financially supported projects ran by money from the Danish taxpayers.
Entirely an "experiment of thoughts" since Israel would not waste her time with such trials. But on the paper it does not look very pretty!
Ms. Ulla Tørnæs should therefore have used her brain and instead of make it clear that no projects ran and financed by Denmark in Gaza may not, directly or indirectly, be used by Hamas terrorists.
