GAZA CEASE-FIRE - Will the Muslim leadership keep its word?
"Da ja vieu all over again" The recent cease fire between the Israeli Defense Forces and the Hamas terrorist organization seems to be a repeat of events of the past. Maybe this time it will end up differently, but I doubt it. Even today, the smugglers are back in operation to re-supply Hamas while there is a lull in the action.
"War is Deception" is a well known axiom. Used by Chinese military philosopher, Sun Tzu, over 2500 years ago, it was also a philosophy followed by the Prophet Mohammad. in 628.
Today, that philosophy is alive and well within the Muslim communities of Lebanon and Gaza. The United Nations Resolution 1701 called for the disarmament of the Hezbollah faction in Lebanon. Contrarily, while verbally supporting the following of this accepted resolution, they are in fact rebuilding their weapons supply for the next attack on Israel.
The recent truce between Hamas and the Israelis calling for the ceasing of rocket attacks on Southern Israeli towns was also a sham. The rocket attacks continued almost daily. Finally the IDF responded with force. Again, a cease fire for both sides is in place. How long will it last before more Kassam rockets fly ? Where is the honesty, credibility and integrity within the Muslim leadership when it comes to keeping one's word ? Obviously, it is non-existent based upon historical precedent.
