Would you believe that we did all these with a worldwide network of volunteers, without a penny of donation until 2005? All the work was done, all the expenses were paid by us. We operate mostly through public letter-writing, with pen-friends around the world.

Today, we still don't pay salaries, but our extensive activity, website in 19 languages, and contact with our global network of volunteers need modern communication tools and pre-emptive PR projects. These activities need funding...
