Re:"ISM activist being held at airport as 'security risk' "
Sir,
Why did you report in favor of ISM member Anne Robinson-Peter, a
self-appointed peace-activist, detained last week at Ben Gurion airport?
You downplayed the reason (she tried to lie her way past immigration)
Israeli security suspected her of being something other than a tourist. No
wonder she was detained. Had this happened in the UK or USA she'd have
been sent home on the next plane.
Seems all except Haaretz's reporter know that International Solidarity
Movement is a euphemism for Palestinian Solidarity Movement. ISM supports
the Palestine Terrorist Authority and its terrorist organizations
exclusively. ISM never acted to prevent Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad,
Al Asqa Martyrs and others from killing Jews.
"International" does not mean, as many may think, that ISM operates in
countries other than Israel. Not for them to shield Tibetans from the
Chinese; Kurds from the Iraqis; or Christians from the Muslims of Nigeria,
Sudan and Indonesia. "International" means simply that the Palestine
Terrorist Authority recruits their terrorist collaborators from many
countries.
Had your journalist opened their website, she would have seen ISM's thinly
disguised intent to prevent Israeli security forces from combating
Palestinian terrorist groups. ISM is a Palestinian initiative organized to
aid and abet Arabs in their well publicized intention to eliminate the
Jewish State of Israel.
Anne Robinson-Peter and her ilk are active Israel-haters if not outright
anti-Semites. I am glad an Israeli court permitted her deportation.
Why should Israel or Haaretz give a tinker's cuss about this anti-Israel
Movement and their mostly anti-Semitic volunteers?
